How does it work?
Sending your shoes to be cleaned or refurbished could not be easier. Once you place your order, we'll send you a shipping label, or arrange a collection, depending on the method you selected during checkout.
As soon as we receive your shoes, we'll notify you of their arrival, and the work can begin. You'll be kept updated via email every step of the way.
Once cleaning is complete, your shoes are naturally air-dried and carefully inspected. At this point, we will either get them boxed up and straight back to you, or should you wish, we can offer the following additional services, if required:
Mid-sole painting
Full trainer re-paint
Customised re-paint
Minor glue work
Full sole re-gluing
These services vary in price based on the amount of work required on a pair-by-pair basis and will only ever be carried out on your approval. Please feel free to message us beforehand for a detailed quote, or for more information about the process.
